The Massachusetts Board of Higher Education has established an affirmative action plan that governs the 15 community colleges in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. BHCC has developed an affirmative action plan that is specific to the institution. The BHCC Affirmative Action Plan** includes hiring goals and utilization statistics specific to the College. Contact the College's Office of Diversity and Inclusion, or the BHE, for a copy of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Massachusetts Regional Community Colleges Affirmative Action Plan.
