Set up an Automatic Payment Plan (NBS)

An easier way to pay for college.

 Fall 2011 e-Cashier available on April 12, 2011.

NOTE: All down payments are processed immediately! Enrollment fee can take up to 14 days to be deducted from your account.

 Spring 2012  e-Cashier available on November 1, 2011

Important! Students must successfully enroll in the payment plan prior to the due date of their Bunker Hill Community College invoice to avoid schedule deletion. Failure to remain current on your payment plan account will result in your agreement being terminated.  If your plan is terminated you will have to render payment in full to Bunker Hill Community College.

If you receive other funding sources such as financial aid or scholarships that are insufficient to cover your entire bill or if you have applied but have not received an award letter you may sign up for the payment plan to manage the remaining amount due.

For additional help, please call Nelnet Business Solutions (formerly FACTS Management Co). at 800.609.8056. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 7:00 pm (CST), and Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Payment Methods

Payments are processed on the 5th or 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.

Cost to Participate

• $35 per semester nonrefundable enrollment fee (ACH & credit/debit card)
• $30 fee if payment is returned
• No cost for payment in full for new BHCC students who have not yet been assigned a web access account (WebAdvisor)

Simple Steps to Enroll in the Payment Plan

• Click on Set up an Automatic Payment Plan (NBS) and follow the onscreen instructions

Before you click on the submit button, please read carefully through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. An immediate e-mail will be sent (if an e-mail address was provided for the person responsible for payment) confirming enrollment through e-cashier.

 e-Cashier Availability

Availability of e-Cashier is determined by Bunker Hill Community College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during registration.

My FACTS Account

My FACTS Account is a service provided which enables you to view the current status of your payment plan. Once you complete your payment plan through e-Cashier, you will receive instructions to set up your My FACTS Account. For additional help please call 800-609-8056.

Balance Adjustments

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through My FACTS Account or call the Bunker Hill Community College Student Payment Office at 617-228-2150 or e-mail bursar@bhcc.mass.edu to confirm the change.
